Interview with Otunba Dele Ajayi the chairman Ondo State Football Association (OSFA) sit with us in the studio answering questions about OSFA and NFF Realsportclub: Has anything really changed since your reinstation as the Ondo State fa boss four years ago? Otunba Dele Ajayi: First of all let me greet the stake holders and football lovers, fa chairmen and the board of Ondo football association. On the issue, nothing has really changed , for the past four years, we have been struggling and thank God sunshine stars have not been relegated ,we managed them and up till now, they are still In the premiership and I believe that during my tenure, they will never allow that to happen. I will always put them on their toes and make the state football lovers happy. On the issue of development, the policy changed, football development was assigned to Ondo State football association OSFA. It now lies on the shoulders of OSFA to raise fund for the development of football in the grassroots. That's why we have a lower budget, but we have been trying to raise fund for the Under 13, 15 and a whole lot of other. We have had discussion with the ministry of youth and sport asking for the opportunity to start the development directly from the grassroots. The referees are not doing badly, so we are moving forward, we are not lagging behind. Infact other Southwest states copy from us. We may not have industries that can sponsor us like Lagos and Ogun state, all the companies or banks here will direct you to the headquarters in Lagos and they are skeptical about sponsoring us in the state.
