  1. Hearts of Oak center -back Vincent Atinga who reported refused a contract extension at crisis-ridden Hearts of Oak in order to join FK Austria Vienna. Vincent Atinga contract with the Accra-based giants ended last October and they failed to convince him to sign an extension at the club.

Vincent Atinga joined the Phobians from Ebusua Dwarfs and spent three seasons with the Accra based club where he became the fans favorite. The Black Stars B defender was awarded a chant by the fans: “With Atinga, why should we fear our opponents? The solid and well built defender ended the Ghana Premier League season as one of the best defenders. Atinga will be leaving Hearts of Oak as a free agent after his contract expired at the end of the season.

The 25 year old who will become the latest Ghanaian to sign for the Austrian club was instrumental in the home-based Black Stars team that won the WAFU Cup of Nations tournament. His performance in that tournament earned him a call-up to the main Black Stars team.

Vicent Atinga sign one year contract in Austria
Sign on fee £50,000 = 2 billion old currency
    Monthly salary £5000 = 250,000,000 Old Currency

Let's see who understands football, Atinga signed for Austria Vienna as a free agent, will the club get some share of the money? More also can Accra Heart of Oak give this money to Vicent Atinga if he still at the club???

Moving to Europe is the dream of most African player, the question is why do we want to move to Europe? Because European football is the best. Why is Europe football the best? Because they took time to develop it. Why can't we develop our football? Ehemm Ehemm ehemmmm...
